Nicely framed and captured. Nice colors. I would be tempted to clone in the missing blue color on the column that shows between the handrailing.

Nice compo but I'm obligated to point out that the perspective seems ever so slightly out of kilter. This is partly due to the conduits on either side of the balcony being installed out of square, but the center post is also a tilt. Since this is a precise geometric in concept, this little aberration is distracting where it wouldn't be otherwise. Also the colors are quite flat. Relevelling to set the rail pickets to true white would help increase the dynamic range and make this otherwise very nicely conceived photo sing.

A very interesting composition. I really like the colors. Ferd's suggestion about releveling to get true white works, although I am not sure why. The colors look much richer.
