I like the subject and the composition. The picture does not look sharp. It could be focus, and diffraction at f13 and/or camera shake.

Alex, I would suggest redoing the levels and curves to bring out more highlights & contrast. A USM of 0.5-1 pixel radius at 100% might work well too. :-)

Alex:

I like this, especially the red wall on the right.

But, I do agree with the others that the image ia a bit soft.
