I like the angle and that I only see some of the man to the left – that make their discussion look more heated/engaged I think. I also think it’s good with blurriness for pictures like this (which also adds to the impression of an engaged discussion), and it’s good that the hand of the man to the left is sharp. I would have preferred the face of the man to the right sharp.

Michael, am I correct to assume you took this with your arm dangling down beside you, hence semi randomn composition?
Yes I would have preferred the seated man's face a little more distinct also.
By the way, what is "lensbaby effect"?
