Nice portrait William
but it is smaller than it has to be for 4/3' at only 373 pixels high.
While still in raw or tif change image height to 900 pixels then manipulate file size when "saving as" in jpg. Make sure you don't play with the image in jpg format - the result is often a real loss of picture quality. When the compression window comes up when saving as jpg the file size shows up in the lower left hand side of the window- you can change the compression without saving and then hit save when you have a size below but as close to 300kb as possible
