not sharp
This looks out of focus and/or unsharpened... And the subject matter isn't that exciting.
Remember that the "hand-holding" rule is doubled for Four Thirds, so for easy handholding at 45mm focal length you'll want 1/90s or faster shutter speed. (There are plenty of photos posted here by people handholding much slower speeds than that rule suggests, but I think that takes practice - I'm certainly not that good at it myself.)
Also, if you down-size images for posting on the web, they really need to be resharpened (using Unsharp/USM in the GIMP or Photoshop).
