Just returned from a beautiful cottage holiday in the Scottish Highlands. Beautiful scenery around every corner it seems.Not exactly sure if this works better in colour or Black and white I will let others judge. Ken

I can't imagine clearly how it looks on colors. Perhaps you should also posted the colored version, for us to compare and decide. In the mean time; I think you did a beautiful B/W conversion!

Yes, I also prefer this to the colour version.. I just find the sand (white areas) a little blown out.
