This was shot on 9/11/2010 at Fisherman's Wharf in Seattle (Ballard). Was amazed that this was shot at 158mm f4 1/80th hand held. I might have been bracing against a light post or something. Perhaps I had a caffein free day — ha ha ha — not a chance.

Thank You Klaus,
I did a version of this in LR2.7 and then in LR4. The difference is that the old version tends to jack up the saturation when you increase the slope on the middle tones. This is the LR4 version.
