There's nothing more exhilarating than a fish-eye image done really well. This is wonderful, and I love the fact that the lens has captured so much of his immediate environment. The whole space is nicely filled with interesting things to look at, and I like the conversion, too. Images like this make me want to run out and buy the 8mm lens, but I'm quite sure it would be useless in my hands (I'm wide-angle challenged as it is, LOL). A really memorable and well done image. I wouldn't mind seeing this in the HOF, either, so I could go back and study it any time I wanted. ;-)

Yes good wide angle shoot I like also the grainy Ilford type of W&W picture from the old good time. Superbe.

Ah, I was wondering how the "sleeper" managed to stay so still for so long!

On one of my far too infrequent visits to MFT - it's refreshing to find something completely different. Great application for a fisheye, too. Wonderful concept, and brilliantly executed.

Yes, congratulations, Geert! Definitely one of my favorite images from the last year, and eminently worthy of inclusion in the HOF. It gives me a chuckle and a sense of strong admiration every time I see it. :-)
