The big thing in the back is the EU parliament building in Brussels... this spot always strikes me as weird, and I think it shows how architects simply like to make nice and big buildings, instead of improving an environment or city. (which is the aspect of architecture that I am mostly interested in). Anyway, hope you like the image...
