Martin & Mom at the Zoo
Copyright ©2004, p.t. Inactive Win ♥ ¤ $
Martin and his mother go to the Zoo. There they see all sorts of weird and scary animals. Martin likes the giraffe best and wants to give it his only football. The giraffe understands that it’s difficult for a five year old to depart with his only football and luckily for Martin the giraffe declines the gift. The (Happy) End.

Strange
How strange - there was a comment from Sam Chapman here ("This really shows off the photographer's ability to 'see' the potential of something which most other people would never have spotted in a month of Sundays, and for that reason, gets into my top 10."), but now it's gone (Sam’s score/rate too – if he got around to rate the picture)
Sam: Thanks a lot for that comment! :-) I was ever so happy that you saw that this is paint which has dripped down on the bricks and made a pattern of a giraffe, a woman, a boy and a football by accident (not something which has been painted on the bricks).
I also think it’s a bit weird that only five people have rated this poster. Don’t you think it looks like a poster? I think it does. Perhaps not a good poster, but still a poster for a film for children. :-)

Caroline,
this is my favourite of the movie poster - there is something tender and touching in this 'story' and the idea is very creative and original. Having said that, I must admit I found this competition very hard to rate, given the amazing wealth of creativity, original ideas and humour displayed here!
Take care and all the best
Yvonne

Hi Caroline
I have to confess that this didn't make it higher up the ratings of all the posters it made me smile most.
Very well observed

Thanks a lot for your comments Yvonne and David. :-) Yes, I agree Yvonne. This competition was great fun – it’s ever so nice to have a good and legitimate reason to go berserk with photo editing programmes (and use text when the pictures aren’t strong enough to tell a story on their own – like I had to do with my posters).
He, he – David – I’m not sure whether you smile because your pictures were better than mine or if you smile at (or to) those who didn’t like this one. ;-D But I’m happy that you say “very well observed”. :-)

Hi Caroline, I've just seen this for the first time thanks to "random image".
It made me smile too, thankyou.
One of the best comments I ever had got deleted too. But that was probably when he realised he'd sent it to the wrong image!
By the way, you probably got marked down for your lopsided horizontals. (Just joking)!
