One of the best self portraits I've seen though. A UK techno band called Finitribe did a similar thing for one of their album covers (I don't recall the name, and it's somewhere in my shed....so I'm not off to find it), but with a more blurry "Jacobs Ladder" type effect.
I love the high key effect and your processing is top notch as usual
I always like these explorations of yours Micheal. This one is very interesting in that you have included one dark lens in your spectacles. It might be interesting to include a reflection of yourself in that lens. Then again, that light look too "kitch", or like another person's work from this site. Goo job on this.
Out there, Michael, but not in an over the top way. I can always look at your photographs like this and see art and restraint in use of the tools - even when the processing is extreme. Best wishes.
