Your instincts are good - I can see a tighter frames shot with birds face surrounded by patterns of feathers.

John's right. This could be a sensational shot if it was a bit sharper and was more tightly cropped around the bird. You obviously have a very good eye.

Thank you John for your comment and I could not agree more with you, it is done with notorious 14-45mm if i had 40-150mm at the time it would be better :)

Adrian, thanks for your comment, croping this one even more would make it even more unsharp, as said previously telephoto lens would "save the day" for this image :)

I'll try to PhotoShop this one into usable image, this was taken on first "roadtrip" I had with E300, took a lot of images that day, but this one stands out from a crowd. Thanks for commenting, brgd Boris
