Is this the same location as in Adrian slipway? sure looks like it. I am not familiar with the term slipway, had to google it. I know them as a "boat launch" I like the playful splash action that seems to be going on here. Something seen more often with young children.

Thanks for your comments,
Shelly the man had a towel wrapped around his head. I imagine this was to keep his head dry as it was raining heavily. He didn't seem worried about his feet!
Kathy, yes this is the same place, Filey on the East coast (UK) and yes boats are launched down here.
Thanks Robert he may have been a Sunderland Fan. Also reminded me of Ford Prefects advice to Arthur Dent!!
