Simple. I'm not so shore about the grain, since it is interfering the normal texture of wood. By the way that is a beautiful blue.

thanks Valter ...
i added grain to emulate the antique film looks ...cheers ;-))

Love that blue dee vee. Also, very good composition as usual. A fine addition to the series... Regards, Jeremy

I like the colors ...
dee, espec. the blue (lovely blue). And the added grain and texture upon the wood donīt distract me. Only on the doorhandle it looks a bit strange, IMHO.
Best wishes,

I really like the colours in this Dee Vee. As an individual shot it doesn't seem that dramatic but I could imagine this, with some other mostly single colour shots, making up part of a 3x3 group of shots all with different colours. In fact I might try something similar myself.

Horst: im sure the colors appeal to you for they're Horst's like ...the door handle must have dated from the early 1800s, one don't find them anymore these days ...cheers ;-))
Jeremy, Adrian ... yes, this would do better in series as part of an essay or a coffee book ...cheers ;-))

Beautiful color and I also like the rough hewn texture of the wood.

Tom ...i used a gritty processing to make it even rougher ;-))
Vaggelis, the texture itself lends well to any kind of processing
