Beautiful image Robert. The dark windmill against the mulit-coloured clouds works very well.

Another magnificent picture Robert... how many did you shoot yesterday? ;-)

The bold composition and superb sky... great stuff... and no blwon highligt either... You'e walked away with a great picture when it would have been easy to screw the exposure up.

I love both these shots Robert.

Best wishes- Andy

Nice line on the clouds. Just wish the windmill was unlocked to give it a true look. These things are disappearing in the US.

A really striking image, Robert. The menacing clouds go perfectly with the windmill. Lots of tension and emotional impact, here. BRAVO!!!

Very good shot. The clouds seem to be approaching the windmill and the starkness of the silhouette against the swelling angry sky is excellent.

Thanks for all the nice comments - I am really overwhelmed. There are a couple more pictures, but these are mainly from the first motive (two trees). I will post them today (or tomorrow morning).

These windmills are really very rare in Austria - I think this is the second one I have seen in my life. Now that I know where it its I surely will visit it again.
