St. Briavels Kirk

Another Kirk. It seems that by accident I am collecting a number of photos on local Churches, and here's me having no interest in them apart from their architectural value. st. Briavels is a village local to me, and a a rare occasion the Sun casts is shadow. Note to those who live outside of the British Empire: it either rains or is overcast 80% of the time - especially in Wales. We are not blessed by having clear blue skies, and if you think I sound jealous you're right I AM. I digress, and rightfully so. Here, I was just by perchance passing through when the shadows of the trees caught my eye. The Kirk itself has limited access and this pov is one of the few 'allowed' without trespassing. People get funny about that, dunno why! It should be law. Trespassing is forbidden EXCEPT to photographers.

Beautiful shadows and light image! I also know what you mean about the weather, Ireland isnt exactly a million miles away from that either! I very much like your image.

glad you got some sun light there otherwise the facade would look drab ...maybe we should have an exchange of clouds for we have none here in california, just blue and bluer skies and im not kidding, one needs clouds for better photos and sun for better tans ...cheers ;-))
