Well, now that I corrected the spelling error... (blush)

What's wrong with haiku

only a simple three lines

brevity in form

Mmmm....wonderfully reminiscient of your famous tulip image, with those lovely white edges and beautiful shapes and forms. Love the haiku, too. Have been quite under the weather lately (just now feeling "alive" again), and digging out from under a pile of work, too, so this really resonates with me at the moment.

And I don't know any French... sorry Pascal.

Richard Brautigan! I have not read anything by him in a long time. A favorite! Thanks for looking Pascal.

I am glad you are feeling better Elisabeth. I hope you recover quickly.

Many thanks to you both.

Love the image, like the haiku. Glad you kept that little hair on the frond. Many of us, me included, would have cloned it out. I'm not sure about how well it sits within the black bg. I think the writing needs framing somehow. The image also loses itself at some points, but maybe that was your intention.

Thanks Adrian. There is no hair to clone out. In the full sized version you can see it is the tip of the leaf, very dark and curling about. Glad you visited.

Thanks to you as well Horst.

for some reason the b/w appears much softer than the color image to me. but still like it. even though I'm not much involved in haiku think its suits very well.
