What is high ISO for? It is for action in lower light situations. Why use a high ISO on a static object instead of a tripod? Tripods work every time, or almost every time. So, here is a series you have seen before done in b&w. These images were taken at dusk at ISO 800. The shutter speed varied between 1/100 sec. and 1/40 sec.. The focal length varied between 54 and 31 mm.. The aperture varied between /3.5-3.2. Click on the image to see a larger version.
