Norske Impressioner (01) - Homage to Denis & Edwin

After my last trip to norway I would like to open an other small series (yes, the third in progress :-)), belonging to this journey. According to several matters I´ve to start with this image, a homage to denis and E. Edwin. Why? I´ll try to explain: The homage to denis is visible at the umbrellas, in this case two (double homage? :-)) And for the homage to E. Edwin: Under these two umbrellas are two real norwegian wildcats :-))
BTW above or behind these two umbrellas you can see the so called "Carl Johann", Oslo´s famous major street. Back to the visitor lies the royal palace.
This picture is dedicated to Caroline.

Thank you Horst! :-) Fun to see this picture. Our main street look so small and empty – like it belongs to a small town. *lol* Well, I guess Oslo is just a small town despite us Norwegians calling it a city. ;-)
Don’t remember if you turned around and got a shot of the castle, but here is one taken from the other end of Carl Johan street: http://www.myfourthirds.com/document.php?id=11198 (and BTW: You were right. The King is in the Castle when the Royal flag is there and away when the Norwegian flag is hoisted).
