For me the point of interest
is the little boat.
Therefore I find the white cloud draws my eye away form the boat. It isn't in harmony with the sea and boat, it is almost a picture in itself.
The boat is slightly more central than I would have preferred and also it is slightly soft. Did you sharpen after resizing for the web?

Thanks for commenting Rex, I have changed the image for a slightly different crop with less sky. The boat will have to remain small! I'm not sure about the sharpening, to me on my monitor images often look harshly sharpened. best regards,
