Sorry...
Hello Elisabeth, i must apologize for the rating i gave to your image, i misread it as being natural, and gave a second look, for who it was... i guess i had noted this woud had been a 5, since it still leaves a lot to be a real landscape.

Nice picture, but as the theme for the competition was ‘artificial landscape’ I gave this a low score. To me this is primarily a picture about a boy. The artificial landscape is only playing second violin and I don’t thin that was the best solution you could have chosen for a competition with the theme ‘artificial landscape’.

I agree ....
with Caroline. Without the boy, and with artificial a bit more visible (see Valter above), it would suit the competition perfectly.

No apologies necessary! I wrestled with the interpretation of the theme and was going to withdraw this a day or so after I posted it, but just let it stay. I've been known to make a few mistakes in my day, lol, and also have pretty thick skin, so the low ratings are no problem for me. I'm just glad that MFT is such a supportive, yet incredibly honest community. Nothing like MFT anywhere else, and I'm glad to be even a tiny part of it. Thanks for taking the time to comment and explain your thinking.
