Nice picture with good colours and the boy is very cute. But unfortunately he almost disappears among all that laundry. I would suggest a rather drastic crop; Between the legs of the dark blue underwear (ca half of the orange T-shirt) and from the bottom just underneath the electric wire. You could also lighten his face a little and apply a little more USM than you already have (perhaps not on the whole picture – for example make a new selection by using the lasso tool and avoid applying more USM on the electric wire and the bottom part of the metal “fence” on the balcony. They could easily look twisted with more USM).
