Deevee - I do se what you mean with the light...might work some shadow highlight action to bring out the dark areas a bit.
Denis - Hey thanx for stopping by Denis! I did try a quick b/w white...it looked good...but I liked it about the same as the color version. Might work it over more though and see. :)
Vaggelis - Yeah, this was on the walk back and I had a silly idea... would have liked a different end result, but still rather effective. Thanks!
Lukas - Hopefully I got a smile out of ya! Thanks!
cheers -JP

Nice one
I really like this and wish there were more pictures as interesting as this one. I will try to make my own better! The light is fine for me and there is a lot to look at.

Perfect placement of the shadow hands. The darkness of this image is what actually makes it for me: it's the way the hands are stretching away towards the dark mystery of the trees, or something like that..... ;-)
Good shot, and proof, if you needed it, that you don't need to see a persons face to make an interesting and effective portrait.
Nice one JP!

Fantastic light and a neat idea. Well set up by you. Like it a lot. Have you considered cropping in from the left a half to an inch or so? Keep wondering about it as I look at it. To me that side of the image looks a little heavy and not really serving an essentail aspect to the image. I think the crop may accentuate the drama in the image? Just a personal little thought in the spirit of a dhc. Like it anyway.

Hey guys thanks for your feedback! I took your advice Eugene and do agree very much. I was very nsure of the quality of this one, but did like the idea. Though now with the crop I like it much more.
