Nicely done. Communicates a real sense of personality, very flattering and yet candid at the same time. The lighting and post-processing are very accomplished. Given the attention to detail here, I think it would be enhanced further by some work on the stray hair too.

thank you guys for your comments i'm not really sure if i'm alone in this, but i took around 40 shots and only a handful (no more than 8) came out barely suitable for postprocessing... i still need to learn tons about indoors photography with flash *sigh*
