Needs some pin sharpness somewhere
Vadim, I like the mix of colours and the busy composition. This image does need a strong point of focus somewhere and associated sharpness. I think camera shake has spoiled it for you. 1/15th at 150mm is virtually impossible to pull off.

Yes, I agree with you. But when took this picture, it was cloudy weather and I hadn't tripod.:-(
