Still experimenting with the lens blur feature of CS. Took it in RAW, converted to TIFF and rescaled. The colour was obtained applying a solid pinkish colour layer in Vivid Light Mode. Created a new channel, chose radial gradient and applied it around the eye, then just clicked on the Lens Blur tool and applied the filter on the Alpha Channel.
