A path in the composition
This is very nice, Denis. The sweep of elements in the composition is drawing my eye relentlessly to the watch tower. The object to the right of the tower bears a likeness to a a human figure, with a hat, carrying something. The flowers in the foreground are a nice touch. I know you don't arrange objects, but if the largest diagonal branch on the left had its top end moved across to the right a little it would (a) reduce its 'parallelness' to the neighbouring branch and (b) accentuate the prespective and sweep of the whole composition. But this is a very nice picture all the same. Regards.

Thank ypu for your comments...John,more upseting to me is that watchtower...especially if you find your self here in sunday when hunt is allowed...i dont know if somebody who watch these picture can see that cutted branches on ground are very dry so they are probably here because of cleaning area from the burned trees few years ago.In fact they cut some parts here (on this area-same as in my "burned" pictures) to stop the fire.

I see that you are very analitic ,Rob...but truly, did you able to see this things on the spot ...i mean ,on terrain or "there",if you do - i really congratulate you,but i usualy dont have this power of perception when i am "there".Dont mean anything bad with this...i am just interested in others aprocheas when come a moment to take a shot. For example ,did you know that you will manipulate your picture in that way you did when you take a shot of your previous post"bench, tree etc."?

Denis, a very nice composition. I also like the way the eye is led to the watchtower. I prefer to take pictures with things as I found them. A nice conversion, as usual.

Moving objects?
Denis, sometimes I do, sometimes I couldn't be bothered. Certainly in the case of "Bench, tree etc." I could not be bothered...or be strong enough! That was a bit of a grab shot on my way home.
I don't pretend to be so analytical that I will always do these things in the field (or even recognise them in the field). I only offered the comment because I could see (in the comfort of my chair, yes) how a slight change of angle would enhance the already beautiful photo that you captured. That is all. I thought I would pass the thought on for what it is worth. Your photos make me think of seeing things differently to the way I might see them without the benefit of your pictures in my memory. Maybe things I say or do might be of some value to you in a similar way. Maybe not.
I know you don't mean anything bad in your comment. Nor did I in mine. Just trying to add another perspective - for consideration - to the way of making pictures. An artist (traditional) would apply such analysis to composition and shapes - why not a photographer?
Best wishes, as always.

Well, think that you got me lttle wrong here...Fact is that i read my comment on yours now and see that it can sound that i am angry or something like that...my question to you was not "kicking back ball in your yard".Fact is that i apreciate your comments very much...even if this site is on my naturall language i will not be able to post such a analitical comment yours...thing is that my aproach is very on the emotional side...on some pictures i will make a comment about technique when is clear and obvious some flaws that i see immediatly.Of coarse it will not be good that everidody here have my aprouch.Your comments i take seriosly and they are helpfull...BUT i think you know that...hm,maybe is best to continue about that in privat e-mail,but to give some coclusion to this i can tell you just that the worst thing in these comments is when there are no comment at all. Best wishes Denis
