Nice one!
Steve, it's a great shot of a Meerkat in the characteristic pose of the species; taken in a zoo but not obviiously so. I'd like to see a little more headroom, though. And darkening the diagonal white line across the tip of the nose will help draw more attention to the eyes, which could be selectively sharpened. They appear a little outside the field of sharp focus.

Lovely color and great detail. I would select the eyes and try to brighten them a little, especially the right eye. I agree with Rob smith that selectively sharpening them would bring them out more too.
