I like it very much. Looks much like gold.

Geometric shadow and small bits of detail add up to the score.

Very warm, saturated colours. I like the "old versus new" with the modern skyline of caïro in the distance. From the look of the camels and debris on the foreground one could almost think that they were still building the pyramids.

You just keep the good stuff coming! Color is so right for this. B&W would enhance the shapes, but then I'd have to live without those amazing earth and sky colors. Thanks for sharing this. You've found another unique perspective.

Another different kind of composition from the Pyramids. I love the depth, the people, the color the light and enough of the Pyramids to set the scene.

Everything has been said, Michael. Great shot taken from a very different perspective. Never seen a Pyramid photos of this kind.

Amazing stuff.

The shadow from the pyramid, the distant city, the camels wandering into the picture... Brilliant.

Congratulations...

on a photographic triumph, Michael. I liek everyhting about it. It has a quality that made me think of history, the pyramids in the making...and then I woke up and realised they didn't have cameras back then.

A fascinating contrast to your earlier B&W pyramid photo.
